Hi everyone I'm having trouble syncing carbs gs1000 EC I'm using carbtune pro new inlet stubs and o rings carbs rebuilt new o rings cleaned pretty sure there's no vacuum leaks I can get 1-2 and 4 perfect but 3 is lower when I try and bring 3 into line the others start going off sync I know 3 carb has vacuum to the fuel tap should I have this plugged while doing the sync it's driving me mad thanks for any help in advance.

Move this into the carb ,fuel …section and folks will jump in with answers. State year of bike too!
