    Carb rebuild kit?

Looking for a carb rebuild kit for the 4 mikuni set that came off my 81 gs850. Kinda coming up empty online outside of cheap Chinese amazon stuff. Does anyone know where to source this stuff?

I think Nessim will sell you the individual parts you need.

2016 XL883L sigpic Two-tone blue and white. Almost 42 hp! Status: destroyed, now owned by the insurance company. The hole in my memory starts an hour before the accident and ends 24 hours after.

Since Robertbarr has retired, I'm picking up this valuable service. Mikuni BS/CV Kits Includes - 4 Pilot Screw O-rings - 4 Float Valve O-rings - 4 Choke Plunger Cap O-rings - 12 Transfer Tube and Vent Tee O-rings - 4 Drain Screw O-rings These kits are for the common BS32/34/36 four cylinder bike sets. I don't have experience

Agreed, you don't need no stinkin' kit. All you need is the o-ring set from Nessism. Plus a can of berryman's carb dip or a sonic cleaner.

To repeat what's been said already, a "carb kit" is typically not needed. What is needed is new O-rings, and commonly new float bowl gaskets. The other wear part in the system is the float valve. Inspect it closely to make sure the tip isn't indented deeply, and that the spring loaded tip moves smoothly. It's common for the tip to get stuck and not move until you soak it in carb cleaner. If you have worn parts, replacements are available individually, or buy a Keyster carb kit. These kits are best available, but they lack all the various O-rings needed to do a proper full rebuild. So, buy the kits and an O-ring kit. And follow the rebuild tutorial linked in my signature.
