Why can't we add attachments here ?

This forum won't allow us to add a managed attachment?
I think this is the correct forum for my question -
But I have an example I wanted to show as well ---

My question is:
I see SOME people have a unique descriptor under their board name -
Others seem to be based on the total number of posts ?

Example:
Under my name it says "Forum Sage"
Under Steve's name it says "GS Whisperer"

Not that I want to be a GS Whisperer - but I wonder if that can be changed by the user ?

Or is an honor one gets eventually from being around for 10,000 posts ?

Just something I noticed.

I think Frank set up the system to switch the designation at predetermined post count totals...Steve's designation excepted.
