    Environmental protection,...... a different perspective

We could go the (What's her name? Santa Monica Blvd...) route and just use one square per sitting... Lol.

I would like to see a toilet paper vs. bidet comparison -- trees vs fresh water.
Believe in truth. To abandon fact is to abandon freedom.

Are we talking Amazon Basic or a Trump Gold bidet? lol Production costs and materials impact could vary greatly.

Three rolls a week?!? Yikes! 'The average American' must be full of shyte!

Again, I tout to our members the 'cleanliness of constipation.' One roll lasts me about three weeks.

This must be one of those slow news days?
There is the story of the unfortunate soul responsible for buying paper for the Shell Oil executive toilet.
The paper kind of didn't work so to speak.
On returning to the seller with a complaint he was told, but of course, it's Greta Thunberg paper....... takes no s**t from oil companies.

So, while recycled toilet paper is a good option for reducing waste, bamboo toilet paper is a more sustainable choice in the long run. According to the NRDC, it is better to use bamboo toilet paper but recycled toilet paper still has a lower environmental impact

Switching to eco-friendly toilet paper is a simple yet impactful step towards sustainability. Eco-friendly brands like Reel, Tushy, and Uranus Wiper offer great alternatives that prioritize environmental responsibility.

.... then there’s always that pesky cost comparison that these stories don’t generally share. A quick look shows $20 for a 6 pack of Trader Joe’s vs $8 for Wegman’s failing grade six pack.

Nobody's mentioned the old corn cob, more environmentally friendly than any of these others.

You need to factor in the health care costs from improper use, gonna be a lot of accidents before people figure it out.

I bet there is a whole science behind toilet paper to make it compatible with the sewage systems. A quick search and looks there is some new studies going on about the hazards.
