    Climb The Logging

The title words are the caption title for a part of the mini chainsaw Amazon ad found here:

The words may have somehow made sense to someone, but I know not how.

Has anyone used one of these?
    Are they actually worthwhile?

A lot of times foreign companies use translators to write ads, I get the feeling that's what's going on here.

Having been a professional gardener in the past I'd pass on a unit like this, it's not something you're going to need very often. On the other hand if you're dropping a lot of trees for firewood then you might want to consider it. Then again, if the tree is already on the ground where you can get to the branches it usually means you already own a chainsaw!

Like anything else battery powered make sure you can get more batteries for it in the future. My guess is that replacing those tiny chains is also something to consider but they could be made from a longer chain if the pitch is the same.

These aren't my words, I just arrange them

Not sure of this brand and it seems a bit too cheap for my liking. I recently tossed the gas string trimmer for an EGO battery operated and also picked up an EGO 26" hedge trimmer, good stuff!

Next up is an EGO 14" chainsaw to replace my 14" Sthil, I hope.

I don't see one of these in the Ego lineup, but I could see some uses for this.

Thanks. That professional advice was inclusive and nicely put.

Yes, I already have an Echo 14 gas saw, Milwaukee M18 6 /12 circular saw and M12 Sawzall for whenever I want or need cordless

        But....

a new toy is always something to consider... .

Farmer friend has a little Milwaukee battery powered chain saw, clears fence lines with it...nice little manageable saw.

There appears to be a rule is some far eastern countries that translation may not be done by a native english speaker.
I recall a hotel menu proposing, 'scalded lettuce' , 'warm dog box' and more worrying, 'meat that once was'

No! any chain saw, no matter how small, is eventually going to "kick back". Trying to control that with one hand just doesn't seem reasonable. My 14" EGO elect. chain saw works great, smaller stuff than that, Loppers are fine... Vmass, if you have a need for leaf blower, my EGO is great, couldn't imagine how far ahead of my old 110V corded one it is. Also the EGO chain saws have no variable speed trigger, work fine, just something I had to get accustomed to

I have a pole saw that will do what that particular tool does. And you do not have to cut the tree down first.

My first thought was they removed the pole from a pole saw and installed a handle.
