There was a Sabbath show scheduled for Easter in Buffalo. The mayor said,"No band called Black Sabbath would play in Buffalo on Easter ". We weren't sure so we went. There was no concert but there were some holy roller types hanging around. They were friendly enough. We talked with them for a while.

Background
The song is a direct attack on disgraced televangelist Jimmy Swaggart. Swaggart had been a vocal critic of Osbourne's music, accusing him of promoting the occult and glorifying sexual acts. However, in 1988 and 1991, Swaggart himself was involved in prostitution scandals, which made headlines.
The song as a response
Ozzy Osbourne, along with bassist/lyricist Bob Daisley, wrote "Miracle Man" as a scathing response to Swaggart's hypocrisy. The song's lyrics satirize Swaggart's public apology for his actions
