    Is perpetual motion possible?

This article explains it and the embedded video demonstrates it is possible.

With the right material at the right temperature and a magnetic track, physics really does allow perpetual motion without energy loss.
    A take-away:
IF YOU TAKE AWAY S FROM SIX YOU HAVE NINE

Mid 70's a guy I worked with, working for U.S. Army Corps. of Eng. had a glass beaker appx. 2" round and appx" 1/2" deep sitting on his desk. There were magnets glued to the inside perimeter of the beaker, and a flat triangle shaped magnet sitting on a pin in the center of the beaker. Every time you went in his office that little triangle magnet was just sitting there spinning... He always said there's proof of perpetual motion
