2016 XL883L sigpic Two-tone blue and white. Almost 42 hp! Status: destroyed, now owned by the insurance company. The hole in my memory starts an hour before the accident and ends 24 hours after.

I've never understood yall's way of figuring, when ya'll are do'in 80 we're only at 50 and when ya'll get to 160 we're only at 100... I'd never accuse anybody of cheating, but how could that be fair??????1983 GS1100E, 1983 CB1100F, 1991 GSX1100G, 1996 Kaw. ZL600 Eliminator, 1999 Bandit 1200S, 2005 Bandit 1200S, 2000 Kaw. ZRX 1100

He reported that. RCMP had clocked him on radar at 174MPH
I remember it because that is the fastest confirmed speed I have heard of on this forum.

The full race head I bought from the mechanic/machinist of the honda 750/4 race team said I'd get 13K revs from the cam, he ported the head from o to O, theoretically that would be over 200 mph, but, wind resistance etc. All I can say is the bike went VERY fast, 180mph was a guess. I think I got up to 11K revs, do the maths if you want to, I was 5' 8" & 7st 2pd, not a very large person. Tucked in behind a bikini fairing. The cam is the heart of a motor, from 8K to 13 is a long way.
