Really enjoying my / our (share with son) '03 KTM 450 EXC. The thing has gobs of power down low, good gearing, suspension, and low hours. Runs perfectly. The older RFS motors (racing four stroke) are considered very robust. It will smoke my Norton, but that's no hotrod, just a fun cruiser.

Looking at YouTube, I came across this wild banshee. Oh to be young, dumb, and full of throttle. I think he edited out a get-off at 0:58s or so.

Few off road I ever tried, too many trees, bluff rocks, and washed out gullies to contend with, rural roads seemed much friendlier... Another non GS video that amazed me, as I've owned a KZ1300, Don't think I can believe his last trick in his 4 min. video... I don't know how to do links but punch up, Sensational Stunt rider Arto Nyquist wheelies Z1300 Kawasaki, That last trick just don't seem possible at 120 mph.

Many years ago (40+), Doug Domokos was billed as "The Wheelie King". I watched one of his performances on a KZ1300. Quite impressive.
