Do you have moderate cognitive impairment"

I saw multiple references to the MoCA test/asessment for moderate cognitive impairment while surfing news articles today, and began wondering what it was so I looked it up and found a version available online.
IT seems likely others will have also seen such references and also wondered, so here it is:

The Montreal Cognitive Assessment screens for mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer’s disease.

I heard about an app you can download called BrainHQ that is supposed to be backed by 100 scientific papers to reverse brain "aging" by up to 10 years in 10 weeks. Good reviews on it. Of course there is a monthly subscription for full access.

Cognitive impairment? Me? Not a chance, I'm still pretty much normal as I ever was... Not sure if you others have Cognitive impairment or you've just always been that way.

Actually, I've done this test, or something very similar.
I had some weird things going on last year, and asked my doctor to give me a cognitive test.
Of course I did fine, and now I have a baseline for the future.

                  Good thought.
Maybe that is what has affected me, as last night I found myself hiding in the dark behind bushes while making sad wolf howls and cackling like a demented witch as kids came by seeking treats.

On the plus side, however, I did not even think of giving the kids a full "moon".
