        Always wondered the reason for the holes in a White Castle? Also is a Krystal a White Castle without the holes or is a White Castle a Krystal with the holes????

          The way I heard it that makes the most sense is that the holes help them to cook faster.

            I always assumed it was cheaper that way. You know they're not throwing out the (beef?) from those holes.
