It's been a VERY long time

I haven't been on here in quite awhile. I still own my S! A lot has happened in the last 3+ years. I retired...that lasted about 6 months. I went to work part time at a UPS store, pack and ship. I sold my Triumph TrophySE after having knee replacement surgery. I cant do a "bend" for long periods of time. So I bought an Indian Challenger Dark Horse. I've done 11.5K miles in a year. Great bike, lots of power and it handles very well for its size. I perused some of the forums. Lots of political opinions. Solid discussions. I tried finding posts by some of the long time members, older..yea I'm getting older. I'm very very happy to see argonsagas, dpep, earlfor and the lovely Peppermint Patty still here. My plan is to start traveling more, a lot more. I'm hoping to see more of the mid west and western US. I've got family in New Brunswick and have traveled the Maritimes extensively.
I've met some truly amazing and great people on this forum. Some I still see and ride with, some I miss..Elliemay comes to mind. As I sit here typing this Massachusetts had 2 feet of snow last week, and it could hit 50F this weekend. I'm ready for a ride!

For those that remember me, say HI! For those I haven't met yet, say HI We may meet on the road.

2001 KLR650 too pretty to get dirty

Life is a balancing act, enjoy every day, "later" will come sooner than you think. Denying yourself joy now betting you will have health and money to enjoy life later is a bad bet.

              WELCOME BACK KEITH !!

I recall picking up the rear of that Triumph you mentioned and shifting it on the trailer when we met near Buffalo , New York....

Not too sure if I can do that with an Indian today.

              Memory falters a bit here....was that 2004 or 2005?
