Many of us saw him both arrive and then evolve, first as an indomitable world karate champion, then as movie actor and TV actor, but always a man of faith who had very strong morals and integrity.
He actually did become a legend in his own time and, again for many of us, a real-world hero.
Our hero, Chuck Norris died in a hospital in Hawaii yesterday, at age 86. Cause of death not yet released.
