I was going to go back to this wall to make a better pose. But have just too much going on this week.
A revitiment wall, also maybe called a sea wall (but is on a river channel).
Still may not have been the best pic that included a wall as a major element. But would probably be the the picture that is the most violation of homeland security policy.
