Thank you Roger for the push and thanks to everyone playing the Pic of the Week game.

As some know, when I'm out riding, I like to stop by county airports and plane watch. But another thing I like to do is stop by boat ramps and boat watch. You see the professionals back their boats into the water with no problems at all. Then you have the amateur that takes several tries to back their boats into the water. The dad yelling at the mom "No turn the wheel the other way!" With the kids yelling hurry up hurry up. Or the guy doing a complete engine rebuild on the boat dock because the engine won't start...

Getting back to the Pic of the Week contest. How about we do a NAUTICAL theme. That should be a pretty broad subject. Use your imagination and let's see what you can come up with.

My photo below was taken earlier this summer in Bar Harbor Maine. Yes it was overcast and a little rainy, but really I wouldn't want it any other way.

Life is a balancing act, enjoy every day, "later" will come sooner than you think. Denying yourself joy now betting you will have health and money to enjoy life later is a bad bet.

Lødingen approximately 10pm to midnight. Can't completely remember.

I had some better pictures of oceans, but my wife says nautical implies there should be boats, and so far all pictures had boats.

I was a little worried there Id wake up the boat people.

Nautical, doesn't necessarily mean it has to have a boat in the picture... It can be a ocean view to a Jimmy Buffett ticket stub and anything in between.

This picture is also from Bar Harbor. Trenton Bridge Lobster Pound. Nothing fancy, but the Lobster was delicious! NOT A ENTREE

I tried Saturday night and today for a current pic. No good. I may have to go through old pics.

I'm still trying to figure out what to use for this theme. Not too many nautical elements in the desert.

Not since I switched to Marlboro. Gave them both up years ago though.
