I titled this picture "uh oh" when I put it on flickr a few years ago.
I ended up removing the engine cover and taking it to a shop. They ran a torch over it and were finally able to loosen the cap.

Gotta go with Trevor this week because of the Subject matter. GS Suzukis and Stator issues are like peas in a pod.. I have been there and Done that which led to an epic ride trough a rip roaring Thunder storm from Cincinnati to Indy where Brian Wringer installed a Stator to get me home to West Kentucky.Last edited by marvinsc; 10-09-2020, 07:30 AM.sigpic2002 KLR650 Ugly but fun!

Voting for mr Rich82GS750TZ cuz that's a solid 5 gore points. Some might even give it 6 or 7 for the bloodyness. Mr. Burque73 was close cuz I did exactly the same thing with the ugly once. but voting for Eli69, Because the 12 yr. old me on my '72 Yamaha DT 250 would have definitely swam in that swamp, and then gone back to do it again.
