Well, to be fair, "tags" are more difficult than "themes." If ya don't got the thing, ya don't got the tag.

Themes allow for creativity and multiple options. Tags are fixed and limited.

So what would the "theme" be for graffiti? Free form expression? LOL...Not sure...

I think a theme could be artistic expression...

How much of that do you concider to be "graffiti"?? THe portion that covers most of the wall? or the some of the smaller lettering/signatures??

All we got here in central PA is a bunch of punk Mennonite kids tagging the insides of the few covered bridges we got left.

Just about the time I am thinking "WHen I see what I concider to be graffitti (vandalism, gang tags, vulgarities) it is usally a place that I aint stopping for pictures.", here Scott post a picture that includes my bike, my sons bike, and me.

I do have some pics of some nice murals, but those not really graffiti.

Did find the pic I had in mind where I purposely framed a pic with graffiti.

That is our ol' buddy Painter Dave (since departed).

2008 is When road still went thru the bridge, hence why we are parked up close and off to the side.
But, ah, doesn't have my bike in the frame like I thought. So not my entry.

Which, ah, isnt my pic, and, ah, something other than the graffiti is way too prominent in the pic. So, THAT is not my entry either.

Do have this pic, of the same occasion, where I purposely included the graffiti as part of the picture. My bike partly seen in back.
Not that interesting of a pic, but all I have.
