Haven't got much since I just started doing rides of more than just a few miles. this picture is taken on a state hwy. but a rural route 2 lane. I stopped for a break just outside of a little town called Dundee, on the border of a wetlands reserve. Count it or not, it's what I have and not much chance for much of a ride this week.

This gravel road is by the Pittsburgh Airport.
I have to ride down it about a 1/4 mile to get to my favorite plane watching spot.
The jets come in right over your head!
It's loud and spectacular!

Not gravel, but country....For the five minutes I stopped on a little bridge for the photo, two people stopped to ask if all was OK. Country stuff....LOL...
Took this with my new Lumix 9mm f/1.7 lens...(mu4/3)

Somewhere southern Indiania (BC this year).
Going along, GPS showed an intersection that I could turn and go on bridge over river, then I past an intersection that wasnt on the GPS, then I come to the intersection on GPS, and the road looks abandoned, but I go that way anyway and find the road abruptly ends at the river. SO turn around,,,,, and stopped and posed this pic.
Road is paved yet, but unmaintained with weeds right up to edge and gravel and dirt washed over the road in places.
