        Missles fly....
This was taken at Fort Hancock on Sandy Hook NJ.
Nike missle. Fort Hancock is located across the bay from NYC. There was a missle installation here to protect the city.

          Does this work?
My bike with the NASA Vomit Comet. This KC-135 is on display at the entrance to Ellington Field in Houston Texas. If anyone has seen the movie "Apollo 13" and have ever wondered how the weightless scenes were filmed, this is the answer, this airplane N930NA was used for this purpose, it was retired and put on display not long after the filming for Apollo 13 wrapped. The normal usage of this plane was for experiments and astronaut training in zero gravity environments.

Taken last night in Essex, Ontario in front of the Essex Memorial Spitfire. It was erected in memory of Jerry Billings, an Essex resident who flew Spitfires for the RCAF in WWII and later. There is also an honour wall with the names of Windsor-Essex County RCAF veterans inscribed.

Man. I've got a retired USAF FU-078 jet ten miles from my house, but there's some tough competition already!
I may have to bark up a different tree for this one.

I am working on one. I have a picture for a "Plan B", but will find out tomorrow if "Plan A" will work.

If "Plan A" doesn't work, there is also talk of a "Plan C", so there will definitely be something.

I have never seen golf clubs strapped to a motorcycle before. That is awesome.

And you get your bike right up close to it.

Took me a while to determine what the red wheels were not part of the aircraft.
Hey, you got golf bag strapped on one side of bike, and must be the bag cart on other side.

I like the clubs, too, and pondered those wheels for a few moments.

Couple weeks ago I saw a guy riding a motorcycle the other direction. He somehow had a bicycle affixed to the sissy bar.

I'll be carrying out my aviation plan today.
