Some sort of outdoor loading dock. It had a drive up ramp on one end.

And Scott still can't figure out why his newer KLR rides so much smoother and more nimble than the old KLR...😃

That Mini 14 is a target model which would make it .223 only.

Maybe a reason or two why this not a good place to park

Parking there is not the problem (other than maybe ground too soft for the sidestand) (or annoying the property owner).
THe bigger problem is ridding thru tall grass around a barn. Could be abandoned implements or stumps or other debris there, could be hole or rutts there. (butt I had been there earlier in the season when grass was short.)
Somewhere north of Whitehall. I dont really know where, but when out "following my front fender" I found it once in the spring, and once again in later in that summer.
Mostly cloudy day (as can see in sidebag), good for photography, due to lack of shadows at times.

Today, took my bike to work just to put it on the elevator. Not sure what my boss would say. It's easier to beg forgiveness than to ask permission sometimes.

Here's a little history on the building built @1911. I work for the cabinet manufacturer housed in the buildings connected to the brewery/restaurant. All owned buy the same company.
