        We've noticed a distinct decline in the song birds at our feeders the last week or so. Then I noticed this Merlin hiding in a nearby tree ...wonder how long he's been hanging out there.

                I noticed this scene on my way to the job site this morning. I took a detour to get away from rooftops and power lines, then hopped up on top of the truck's shell to get a good shot.

                      Thanks guys.

                      The camera (phone) never seems to capture how magnificent things are in person. The waves of clouds rolling over the mountains are just mesmerizing to watch.

                        Had another interesting drive to my first job of the day. This time East of Albuquerque in Tijeras. The other side of these mountains is a completely different climate zone than Albuquerque.

                        This pic shows Rime Ice crystals that formed on a fence. The ice covered trees, fences and power lines.

                                Spent about 4 hours in front of my scroll saw tonight working on the face of my new shop clock. I'm leaving tomorrow for a week long work trip in Chicago so I'll buy the clock parts next weekend.
