I ran across this while looking through C/L at Triumph ads . . . Guy wants $2500 for a 75 H1?

Big difference in value between an H1 and a KH500.
Is it stuck? Title? I would think it would be difficult even with the low mileage to get $2500.
But i do not know Colorado pricing.2@ \'78 GS1000 -
Ad says it has not been started since 1984. Looks sort of complete, I was hoping to part the body parts etc but not at $2500
