To this day, I think there is no cooler looking pure sportbike than the 86-87 slab sided GSX-R."Thought he, it is a wicked world in all meridians; I'll die a pagan."

I have replaced all the aftermarket stuff with OEM from a '90. Exhaust, ignition. I still have to find front signals to get rid of the flush mount things. Whoever put them on drilled into the panel to install them.😠😠 I don't think the stock grommets will cover the holes.Looks OUTSTANDING ! Did you perform an oem resto ? Here's a pic of my restored 1st gen 750. Lot of money and sweat invested but it came out awesome. My 750 is a weekly driver as well, I don't spend all that money on garage queens ! You may remember me back several years ago, not sure if you saw my finished bike or when it was just a wrecked pile of parts

That 750 is glorious! I have to find a red '83 1100e first and then a search for a GSXR 750 will follow.Comment
