3M acquired Bondo Corp in 2007, and 3M makes some right fine products. I used Bondo Ultimate body filler when working my last few projects and it's good stuff. As for paint, I used PPG on a number of projects and love that stuff...but it's ungodly expensive and PPG discourages sales to the public. I've been using House of Kolor base/clear lately and it's pretty good stuff. To be honest, all the newer low VOC paints are a downgrade compared to the older stuff in my opinion, but it's the only game in town these days. At any rate, there are a lot of good products out in the market. At various price ranges. Google search for reviews when in doubt.

Tobin, the man I painted the parts for his BMW has sent me a few pics of the finished project. Man, this guy does nice work. It looks brand new. Very happy to have had a hand in it. Love this bike.

I'll never be satisfied with just three pics, I'll ask for more pics outside and both sides, but for now, it gives a good idea of how nice this bike turned out.
