    1977 Kawasaki KH400 Opinions

    No title, No Carbs, No Headlight, Siezed . . . what do you think should I check or pass
    Background Kawi's H2 & KZ1000 are interesting too

    Those were very fun bikes, front wheel liked to be in the air for sure. Check how long ago he opened up the top end and if it sat outside since then. It's a Kawasaki so there will be near zero parts available from the dealers. It probably needs crank seals as well as the rings and maybe pistons. Don't know what will be easily available.

          IIRC the 1972 had a front disc brake

            When that was new, I had an RD400. The RD was quicker, faster, more comfortable, and better handling.
