No I didn't. The bike that got me looking at buying a BMW was the K1300S


I want a bike that is comfortable to tour on and is a good bike for two up. The rr is way too crotch rocket for my old bones.

Lot more than a hundred pounds. The 1300r is 536lbs gotta think the 6 cylinder one is another 200lbs.

I don't want a bike that is really for touring only. I do most of my riding by myself. I feel like I'm in the awkward age of not wanting a crotch rocket but not ready for a fairing tour bus. I hope I have made the right choice.
I have done a ton of research but the proof will be in the riding!

Took a quick scoot over to the dealer to see Trevor and his new bike. He's pacing back and forth like an expectant father! Good news Trevor! It's a boy!!!
