That looks awesome. Imagine that adapted to a big bore 2 stroke in capable hands.sigpic
When consulting the magic 8 ball for advice, one must first ask it "will your answers be accurate?"

Awesome! That looks like something I dreamed of as a kid. Now I'm just waiting for the flying cars!
I wonder if the snowbikes will be available at rental shops.Roger

Yes, I have tried one, a buddy has a KTM with a Timbersled kit. I would not trade my snowmobile for one. They are just too cold for touring use but for a half hour in the woods they are a hoot. Trail riding they are dumb.Currently bikeless

Lot cheaper than my sled, that's for sure. The Timbersled kit is right around $5k but if you already own a dirt bike then it makes sense.Currently bikeless

Been doing a bunch or research, I don't have a suitable dirt bike at the moment. Needs to have a lot of power, light weight and electric start would be very useful. Big motocrossers would be great except they mostly don't have electric start. The KTM 450 I just sold would have been great.
Been looking for complete units all built as a snow bike already, probably less expensive and easier than buying a bike and the kit separately.
There's a Husaberg 570 with a Timbersled conversion in the local Craigslist....Comment

Arctic Cat is the first to market a full on, purpose built snowbike. Looking to be available next year: https://www.arcticcat.com/svx/Currently bikeless
