    GS450-No power, won't start

So, I started to move the starter relay, R/R to the tail for my cafe conversion. I took everything off the plate they were originally mounted on, nothing serious. However the weather has been unseasonably warm so I wanted to ride. I put everything back the way it was originally, I even took pics so I knew how everything went back together, not that it's really complicated or so I thought.
When I tried to start it the AGM battery died, so I charged the battery with a battery tender, jr. The charger says the battery is charged, but now the lights don't even come on and the starter doesn't turn, no power.
I haven't broken out the multimeter yet, just seeing if anyone had any suggetions. Thanks for reading.

Main fuse ok? If it's still the original dodgy glass one I'd replace it ASAP...

Make sure your ground connections are good and solid. I have had many problems resulting from the ground connections to the side plate.

If I remember correctly, a male bullet connector each end makes it a direct swap.
