    Firing on one cylinder

    Just got an electrical problem sorted and the bike running just to find the bike is only running on one cylinder. Only left side pipe gets hot. Pulled the spark plug, no spark. Electrical issue? Bike has electronic ignition. Any ideas where to look first? Thanks.

    Swap coils around and see if problem moves with the suspect coil;

      Can't without depining two connectors to do that. They are setup so that you can't misconnect them. So just use some jumper wires :-)

      Check the orange wire on each coil. You should have 12 v on each with the ignition on.

      Those connections are crap. I've replaced mine already for that reason.

      If its good there do a resistance check on the signal generator to see if one of the pickups are bad.

      Check for damaged wires or dirty connectors along the way.
