Just wondering how much gear oil for gear case and final drive

With the bike on the center stand, fill the final drive up to the bottom edge of the fill plug hole.
For the secondary drive, find the screw on the side, a few inches to the rear of the fill port. Remove this screw and fill the secondary drive until oil starts coming out this hole. Go slowly when you get close, because it takes forever to drain back down after overfilling.
All this is explained in the service manuals you can find on Bass Cliff's site. You can probably find the capacities too, so you can look up how much you need to buy.Dogma

Thanks to all, I put 350cc in the gearbox (front of shaft) and I put 300cc in the rear (rear of shaft). It is actually classified as a gl, but does only have the L after the 1000.Comment
