small oil leak from cam chain adjuster

The gs 450 is on the road after sitting 5 years. I am noticing a small amount of oil on the starter cover. Almost like a mist was hitting it out of the bottom of the tensioner. Is this a common thing. If it is a cheap fix i will fix it if not i will not worry about it. But i will have the carbs off the suzuki this weekend darn mixture screw. But putting together another set figured it would be a good time to check out the leak
I am planning on selling the bike in a few weeks. Someone will be getting a nice bike i have a lot of money in it. It has a new battery stater rear tire handlebars grips petcock master cyl ss line adjusted the valves gold oring chain ect was doing this bike for myself so i wanted it right. Was planning on keeping it but got a fantastic deal on a 96 nighthawk 750 with lots of extras ss supertrap corbin seat new gel battery runs great 20k miles paid $800.

    Common thing.

Replace the gasket and replace the oil seal.
