Nick on cam journal - problem? Fix?

As I got around to disassembling the 'new' cylinder head given the current state of the cylinder head that's on the bike, I found this nick on the cam journal near the cylinder 1 exhaust. There was no issues on the cam itself, and it seems like it is around 0.5mm deep. Thoughts?

Looks like a casting flaw ( air pocket ) which was revealed when the journal was bored.
Won't be a problem so leave it as is.

Thanks zed1015 and Grimly. Are there any checks that I can do to give you both more confidence before I close it all up?
