    front mastercylnder kit

    Another brain fade moment,I got a new piston and cup set for my front brake master can anybody tell me the right combination of the parts as my manuals don't show this in good detail,thanks for any help on this any pic's would good.

    The rubber cup attaches to the small end of the spring, and then that assembly goes into the master with the cup end going in last. Next is that copper disc followed by the main plunger assembly. Push the plunger in and install the C-clip, followed by the dust boot. Last thing is to crack a beer and sit back and enjoy your work.

    BTW, look inside the master for any pitting of the aluminum bore. If the metal is pitted you need a new master body (hopefully not the case).

      Sorted thank's for that, I stripped it last year when I bought it should have taken note,head to the workshop and get the brakes working.cheer's Ed.
