    750 won't start

Just finished putting the cylinder head back together, and getting an electrical problem solved. I reinstalled the air box (had pods ) and returned to a 102.5 jet and stock carb setting. I have a 4 to 1 exhaust. Now... it won't fire up. Starter is turning every thing over, and I put in new plugs, but it doesn't really even give a hint that it will turn over. Seems like there is no spark. Someone mentioned that it could be the coils. Any suggestions?

Pull out a plug and in the wire ground to the head and try to start. Spark or no spark?
After trying to start for awhile is there fuel on the spark plugs?
Did you prime the float bowls?
