    For the 1979 year, does anyone know the standard piston diameters for 750s and 850s ?

      Yes it came with the bike. That SHOULD have been my first sign..

        77-79 GS750=65mm
        All GS850=69mm

              As a matter of interest..... what is the bore for the GS1000 and the 1100?

              I don't have a manual for these
