    Rear Wheel Spinning

Today, while doing an oil change on my 1983 GS1100E, I noticed that when the bike is on it's center stand, the engine is running, it's in gear and the clutch is engaged, the rear wheel still spins. It would seem to me that if the clutch is adjusted correctly, the drive wheel should STOP spinning with the lever pulled. Am I wrong? Is the clutch adjustment off? Thanks.

      It wants to be ridden.
Oil between the clutch fibers and steels will turn the tranny.
