Secondary drive oil looks funny... any ideas?

When I originally purchased the motorcycle I changed all of the fluids and the secondary drive oil looked similar to the picture below but I though it may fall under "previous owner neglect" and I wrote it off as a fluke. So today when changing the secondary drive oil, for the second time, the oil came out looking funny so I took a picture of it... what could cause the oil to look like this?

Would you recommend any particular way to get the water out of there? Last time it was worse than this time so I'm thinking maybe I'll just change the oil every 500-1000 miles or so until it's all gone.

I'd change it every heat cycle until the oil is clean like it should be. Water rusts stuff so why take a chance for a few $ worth of oil?

i actually heard about this on car talk once. there was an older lady who had her son do an oil change once and it came out all milky white kinda like that. So the people on car talk asked how much does she drive it. and the person responded just a couple miles every so offten to go get groceries. and the car talk people knew right away that because the person wasn't letting the engine get up to temp all the way it wasn't burning off all the moisture in the engine let alone some of the carbon. so when you do take the bike out make sure you give it a good long ride and do what nessism said about changing after it every ride for a while (correct me nessism if that isn't what you ment). i wouldn't worry too much as long as it runs nice, but keep your eye on it.

You might put an ounce of Seafoam in and go ride it 15 miles and then change it. Doesn't Seafoam help remove water?? Of course, changing it several times is great advice.
