Norm, the last time that recall was discussed I believe the consensus was the recall would still be honored.

It does, of course, beg the question as to whether I want to replace that 34 year old original part?

Don't get on my case over this, I'm retired, just because you have a life with real events of importance it doesn't mean that all of us do.

The Suzuki representative for this area cannot find any reference to a recall for the rear wheel drive unit. Is someone able to point me to some documentation which I can use to help him to find the recall?

Undecided whether to have the part replaced even if they will do as a freebie but should follow this through.
