Pulled the plugs today and noticed #4 is leaking some oil. I just rebuilt the engine from crankcase up and just recently has it begun to leak. #4 has no issue firing and has 135 psi compression, I just dont know If I need to be concerned yet.

Oh, I don't know. It's probably too soon to say. Maybe the rings aren't fully seated yet? Maybe a valve seal is leaking? Is the bike smoking? If you just rebuilt the top end, I'd ride it for a while and see. Are you sure it's oil fouled and not gas fouled?
