    clutch cable routing

    Anyone know what my clutch cable routing should be on my 80 gs750e? The previous owner put aftermarket bars on it and screwed with the cable

      I have mine entering under the tank to the right side of the neck, atop the valve coversto the left, loop under the carbs..

              The manual shows the correct routing.
              79 GS1000S
              79 GS1000S (another one)
              80 GSX750
              80 GS550
              80 CB650 cafe racer
              75 PC50 - the one with OHV and pedals...
              75 TS100 - being ridden (suicidally) by my father

                  so i got the new cable today and noticed the cable itself is a little bit smaller in diameter than the old one, hopefully it will last more than 2 months hahaha. also, you were right hampshirehog, my manual does show the correct routing, so easy when there are no questions. but anyway i did lube the hell out of the cable before i put it in with proper cable lube and we'll see how long it lasts... 6.99 online plus 6.99 shipping, pretty awesome price
