    Fixing a 630 master link

AZR is broken down in Roseburg, OR, which is a small town and probably won't have a shop that stocks a 630 master link

The peen failed on one pin, it's all there.

Can it been repeened? Welded? Any thoughts?

Don't know if it can be repaired. Are there any tractor part stores in the town? You might get lucky some of the older implements used the 630 chains.

Best solution, the local Kawasaki dealer had a 630 master link with a clip

          He's back on the road

The original was overpeened and split the plate after 4,000 miles
