if a person changed it over to dot 5 silicone fluid then these problems would never happen....EVER.
dot 3 and 4 draws moisture and is just really nasty shlt.

ummmm...
you have to disassemble system and flush with rubbing alcohol.
in the honda's case it got new caliper seals as well.

DOT 5 creates a more spongy feel. Should be no concern for the back, but not sure for the front. It's critical to fully break down the system and clean out all traces of the old fluid too since it's not compatible with DOT 3/4.

ask joe if the front's on the honda is spongy?
rubber hoses expand..
honestly out of the conversions i have done i couldn't tell any difference.
some bikes come with dot 5.
its just so damn expensive!
