I'm copying this from another thread, I wasn't getting any response (sorry if I'm breaking the rules)
I have an 82 550L with stock exhaust and purchased a used exhaust that's supposed to fit, however the header inserts are too large. It looks like if I grind them down or cut the ends off they'll fit in the cylinders but I'm afraid if I do the passenger pegs bolts won't line up. Anyone have suggestions?
