Head nuts can i re use?

So while waiting for my parts (and now my paypal dispute because some arse sold me junk online) my 80 gs1100e is sitting in the garage tore down to the pistons. I had my head nuts placed on cardboard perfectly marked where they go. Well low and behold my father in law goes trapsing through my garage like a damn bull in a china closet and kicked them all over the place. Now I know on a car it's either put them exactly back where they came from or buy new. Can I reuse these now since I don't know exactly where they came from?

Make sure you get new rubber o rings for the front center two nuts. You can develop an oil leak there.

one other thing is to get new copper washers that go under the nuts inside the head. I think there are six of them....check the fiche.

don't need new copper washers under the bolts... simply heat to cherry red and let them cool.... bingo, freshly annealed washers that are once again ready for use...

i flat sand em first to get any ridges off and to ensure a nice seal is formed..
