Lucky you. Somebody must have added that because these didn't come factory with steering dampers. If you get a chance, I still would like to see a good pic of the mounting.

How's it coming along? I think I may have to abandon the GSX 600 motor. After pulling the 550 out and setting the 600 in place, It looks like it's going to be a bit too wide. The sprockets are off probably 12-15mm

mine fit great, but found the cams bad. the exhaust cam is chewed up at the tach gear and all lobes are flat.. Going to be doing a recon on it this week and get different cams and hope it all works.. And maybe find another set of carbs since mine have been giving me fits a lot.
