    Cam chain tensioner seals/o-rings 1150

Tensioner seems to be leaking internally, not from the gasket. Anyone ever have to replace any seals inside the tensioner? I ordered two seals, haven't arrived yet.

Bwinger has a rebuild tutorial, including info on the Suzuki part numbers for the seal. http://www.bwringer.com/gs/

For $45 bucks shipped to you, why not just buy a new manual tensioner & be done with it? I have them in stock, anodized black. Ray.

Nessism, thanks for the link, informative. Brwinger too. Ray. I'll probably be buying an HD clutch basket when I'm down your way in few weeks, got o-rings on the way, so I'll give that a go first. Hasn't been a problem in over 100+ k's.
