    1150 clutch upgrades

I have been told that the hub/basket assembly of the 1150 is not up to the power potential of the motor. What is the best upgrade here for a primarily street ridden bike that may see some test and tune time at the dragstrip now and again?

There are heavy duty backing plates and spring kits you can get to upgrade a stock basket.

Check out gszone from APE racing.

    Or billet baskets.

Fantastic. Looking at APE clutch baskets now. Thanks, Nic.

a number of shops can install an HD backing plate kit in your basket.
