    Cam chain tensioner o-ring

While reassembling my tensioner last night I snapped the o-ring that goes on the lock screw. I searched online and the forums but can only find a Suzuki part number, not a size. I don't want to order a tiny o-ring and pay crazy shipping costs. Does anybody know the size of the o-ring? I know I can just take the screw with me to the hardware store, but if anybody has the info I can just buy one on the way home from work.

    Thanks.

I don't remember, but it's not all that critical. Anything close will seal it. Just take the parts in and get one that fits, where the o ring sticks up just a bit above the groove...

Much like other hardware on the bike, the size is somewhat encoded in the part number.

The part number is 09280-06003, this would be a 6mm (internal) diameter.
