oil light

just replace my oil pan with a new to me pan. with the old pan everything was fine. while on my first ride with the new pan my oil and side stand light come on at idle. when i get above 2500 rpms they go out. anybody seen this before?

What bike is it and why did you replace the oil pan and did you replace the filter at the same time ?

85 gs550 es. had a stripped out drain plug hole. had been heli coiled but it gave out. found my problem, swapped the original pressure regulator from my original oil pan to my new one. all better!
