Looking to get a 530 swap and a 3.1 ratio . Anyone tell me what my gs750 will be at rpm wise at 50 and what it will top out at? Same numbers for a 3.0 ratio? Also I heard running a 15 tooth in the front would be bad ?

Looked into it 16/50 sprockets for a 3.125 . It'll sit at about 4500 rpm if I calculated right. Any help on how many links for the chain? -

No intent to hijack but I'm in the very same boat. 78 gs750 that needs a new chain badly. Considering a 530 conversion and gearing options. Interested to hear the consensus on this.Comment
